Small friendly classes that allow you to regain your strength
and practice self nurture after the birth of your baby.
You are free to join in as much or as little of the class as you
choose.
You can stop for feeds, nappy changes, cuddles whenever you
choose.
Sessions paid for on a monthly basis at a cost of £5 per
session.
Class sizes are limited. Places must be pre-booked.
